The role:

• Assist the management of day-to-day operations of the parts, accessories and online department, ensuring efficient workflow and exceptional customer service
• Inventory management, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and organising parts and accessories
• Utilise computer systems and software to accurately track and manage inventory, pricing, and customer information
• Provide expert advice and guidance to customers regarding parts and accessories, helping them make informed purchasing decisions
• Lead and motivate a team of parts and accessories staff, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations
• Implement marketing strategies and initiatives to promote parts and accessories sales, including in-store displays, promotions, and online campaigns

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the motorcycle industry is highly preferred
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour
