Job summary

PVH is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join the CALVIN KLEIN team at WATERTOWN BRANDS OUTLET in Perth. You will work closely with the Store Manager to lead the team, drive sales and deliver a memorable store experience.

In this hands-on role you’ll recruit and mentor staff, manage store operations, and uphold visual merchandising standards while achieving KPI targets. We value energetic leadership, excellent communication, and a strong customer focus.

• Previous supervisory/management experience in retail or customer service.
• Experience achieving KPI targets (sales, wage budgets, UPT, conversion, shrinkage).
• Strong communication and people management skills; ability to recruit and mentor a team.
• Attention to detail in stock management and visual merchandising.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with growth opportunities.
• Energetic, authentic, and positive attitude; impeccable grooming.

We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our CALVIN KLEIN team at WATERTOWN BRANDS OUTLET who loves people, fashion and creating an amazing store experience!

As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to help lead the team, drive sales and bring energy to the store every day. You’ll be hands‑on on the shop floor, inspiring your team and making sure every customer who walks through the door has a great experience.

You’ll also support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store, from leading the team and managing store operations to creating a strong sales culture and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

About You

• Previous supervisory and/or management experience in the customer service or retail apparel industry
• Experience in achieving KPI’s including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average $, shrinkage and mystery shops
• Excellent communication skills and extensive people management skills with the confidence to recruit, mentor and motivate a team
• Strong attention to detail and experience in stock management and visual merchandising
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
• Vibrant, energetic and authentic with a positive attitude
• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation
