Job summary

PVH Corp. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a frontline team across our Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger and Van Heusen brands. You will drive sales, coach staff, and ensure exceptional customer service while upholding PVH's standards and visual merchandising.

With prior supervisory experience in retail, you will manage KPI performance, stock accuracy, and store presentation, while mentoring peers and contributing to a collaborative, inclusive store culture.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory/management experience in retail apparel or customer service.
• Proven ability to hit KPI targets including sales, wage budgets, UPT, conversion, shrinkage and mystery shops.
• Excellent communication and people management skills for recruiting, mentoring and motivating a team.
• Strong attention to detail and experience in stock management and visual merchandising.

About You

• Previous supervisory and/or management experience in the customer service or retail apparel industry
• Experience in achieving KPI’s including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average $, shrinkage and mystery shops
• Excellent communication skills and extensive people management skills with the confidence to recruit, mentor and motivate a team
• Strong attention to detail and experience in stock management and visual merchandising
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
