Job summary

PVH is seeking a Full-Time Stock Supervisor to join the TOMMY HILFIGER team at SOUTH WHARF DFO, VIC 3006. The role focuses on stock control, team leadership, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will manage a team, drive KPI performance, and contribute to visual merchandising and stock accuracy while upholding PVH's standards and brand integrity.

• Previous supervisory experience in customer service or retail apparel.
• Experience achieving KPI targets including sales and budget metrics.
• Strong people management skills with recruiting and mentoring ability.
• Attention to detail and stock management/visual merchandising experience.

We are looking for a Full-Time Stock Supervisor to join our TOMMY HILFIGER team at SOUTH WHARF DFO, VIC 3006.

About You

• Previous supervisory and/or management experience in the customer service or retail apparel industry
• Experience in achieving KPI’s including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average $, shrinkage and mystery shops
• Excellent communication skills and extensive people management skills with the confidence to recruit, mentor and motivate a team
• Strong attention to detail and experience in stock management and visual merchandising
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
• Vibrant, energetic and authentic with a positive attitude
• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation
