Job summary

Lorna Jane Cockburn is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help lead the store floor, coach the sales team, and keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced outlet environment.

Ideal candidates have retail fashion or activewear experience, strong coaching skills, and a passion for empowering customers. The role offers a fixed roster with Fridays and Saturdays off, a base salary of 68,900 AUD plus super and incentives.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail fashion, apparel or activewear is preferred.
• Ability to coach and develop a high performing sales team.
• Operationally savvy with stock, VM and store processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in running the floor and coaching the retail sales team.

OUR ROLE

Our Cockburn store is looking for an Assistant Manager who is operationally savvy. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will support your Store Manager in running the floor, assist in management and coaching of the and retail sales team and help keep the store operationally on point.

You'll be one of your team's strongest sellers; and enjoy the fast pace that comes with working in an outlet store. If you have retail sales experience in fashion, apparel, sports or activewear, this is your next step up.
