You’ll work closely with the Store Leader on KPI performance, customer experience, stock control, and daily operations, with weekends and peak periods requiring flexibility.

Working closely with the Store Leader, you’ll help lead a motivated, customer-focused team while delivering strong sales results and exceptional showroom standards.

The Opportunity

As an Assistant Store Leader, you’ll support the day‑to‑day running of our Rockhampton showroom. You’ll be actively involved in sales, coaching team members, and ensuring customers receive an outstanding experience from start to finish.

This role is ideal for an experienced Assistant Leader who is confident on the floor, KPI‑driven, and ready to grow their leadership career in big‑ticket retail.
