Castle Hill Autos is currently seeking an enthusiastic & motivated Assistant Service Manager for our growing multi-brand automotive business in Castle Hill. This position is for an immediate start and for someone wanting to work in a busy environment with exceptional training provided to further their career.

Whilst a high level of automotive technical knowledge is expected, this is a customer contact role with a focus on delivering a high level of service to our customers.

To succeed in this role, you will be expected to:

• Assist customers with bookings and service enquiries
• Quote on service and repairs
• Process repair orders and invoices
• Liaise with mechanics, salespeople and other internal staff
• Ensure customer satisfaction is achievedMeet and exceed sales targets set by management
