About the role

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers to the dealership, creating a warm and professional first impression
• Assist senior sales consultants and Manager with customer enquiries
• Support the preparation of quotations and sales documentation under supervision
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales leads using our dealership management system
• Help maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment
• Follow up with customers on leads and enquiries as directed by senior team members
• Support the team with administrative tasks including scheduling test drives and managing appointments
• Support the team with all reconditioning and advertising needs including photography
