SCEE Electrical Pty in Townsville, QLD, is offering an Assistant Scheduler Trainee role within our Projects Team. This full-time position combines hands-on experience with a nationally recognised traineeship, enabling you to earn while you learn.

You'll develop scheduling skills, support field operations, and gain training in business administration as you complete Certificate III. No prior scheduling experience is required, but a proactive mindset and customer service skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Willing to complete a Certificate III in Business Administration.
• Current C Class Driver's Licence; manual preferred.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Issue work orders to Asset Inspectors and manage related processes.
• Coordinate and maintain maintenance schedules and planning.
• Improve field crew efficiency by handling enquiries and admin support.
• Maintain scheduling registers and perform general admin tasks.
• Provide iPad and technology support to crews.
• Support customer communications when required.
• Develop business administration skills through training and study.
