Job summary

Lorna Jane Bondi store is seeking a dynamic team member to support the Store Manager, lead by example on the floor, drive sales, coach the team daily, and keep store standards sharp.

You’ll be one of the strongest sellers, a natural coach, and will step up when the Store Leader isn’t there, with a fixed Friday/Saturday roster and a clear development path toward flagship leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven retail sales experience and strong commercial instincts.
• The ability to coach and lift the people around you.
• Confidence with VM, stock processes and day-to-day operations.
• The drive to be a top personal performer, not just a supervisor.
• A genuine connection to the Lorna Jane brand and what it stands for.

At our Lorna Jane Bondi store, you will support your Store Manager in running the floor leading by example on sales, coaching the team day to day, and keeping operations sharp. This role is for someone who wants to sell, lead, and grow into more.

You’ll be one of your team's strongest sellers and a natural coach on the floor someone the team looks to when the Store Leader isn’t around. If you have retail sales experience in apparel, sports or activewear, this is your next step up.
