The ideal candidate has proven leadership, strong people skills, and familiarity with POS systems. RSA certification is required, with immediate start and local Townsville locale.

Qualifications

• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR)
• Previous restaurant management experience required
• Strong leadership and customer service skills
• Strong experience using POS systems and managing daily restaurant operations
• Good understanding of hospitality laws and regulations, including liquor licensing, food safety and workplace health and safety
• Current RSA required

Responsibilities
