Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen in Manly is seeking an energetic Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead from the front, drive operational excellence, and mentor a busy crew at our beachside NSW location.

You will support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, inventory, and service quality, while fostering a fun, energetic culture and delivering great value to guests. This role offers a strong salary and growth opportunities within our Australian brand.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior leadership experience in a busy, high-volume hospitality or QSR environment.

• Availability: Flexibility to work a rotating roster including mornings, nights, and weekends.

• Own the Numbers: Assist with inventory management, food costing, stock control, and labor optimization.
