Job summary

Zambrero is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager for our Southport restaurant. You will oversee team leadership, service standards, and daily operations to deliver a high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications

• Order stock from suppliers.
• Handle office administration such as paperwork, banking, and payroll.
• Oversee daily and weekly restaurant cleaning and safety training.

We are on the hunt for an Assistant Restaurant Manager in our Southport restaurant!

What you’ll do

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for setting the highest standard in all areas of the restaurant including the customer experience, the workplace culture, and the financial results.

A day as a restaurant manager includes things like:

Managing your team, including hiring, training, performance reviews, rostering, and resolving any employee issues

Leading your team to provide a great service experience

Ensuring food is prepared, presented, and served to the highest standard.

Being commercially brilliant and controlling profit through items such as cost of goods and labour

Ordering stock from various suppliers

Office administration duties such as paperwork, banking, cash handling, payroll

Managing daily and weekly cleaning of the restaurant as required.

Ensuring safety and security standards are recognised and upheld, and that employees are effectively trained in Workplace Health and Safety
