Job summary

Gough Recruitment is seeking an Assistant Property Manager based in Surry Hills to join a dynamic, award-winning real estate business serving Sydney’s premium market. The role sits in modern offices with a structured onboarding program and ongoing coaching, offering a competitive 75k–85k AUD package and a Monday-to-Friday schedule.

You will work closely with an experienced PM team, handle inspections, portfolio tasks and client communications, and contribute to a supportive, professional

Qualifications

• Hold a Class 2 Real Estate Licence.
• Experience in real estate/property management.
• Immaculately presented with excellent communication skills.
• Strong organisation and time-management skills.
• Willing to work Saturdays when required.
• Experience with PropertyMe, Inspection Manager and FLK It Over is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ingoing and routine inspections.
• Assist Property Managers with day-to-day portfolio tasks.
• Monitor and manage the property management inbox.
• Answer incoming office calls and assist inquiries.
• Liaise professionally with tenants, landlords and internal stakeholders.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Property Management team.
• Assist across the department as required.
