Qualifications

• Experience in commercial property management or lease administration.

Responsabilités

• Assist with the day-to-day management of premium commercial office assets.
• Manage tenant enquiries and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Coordinate maintenance, contractors and building compliance.
• Assist with lease administration, renewals and rent reviews.
• Monitor arrears, outgoings and lease obligations.
• Prepare property reports, budgets and financial documentation.
• Attend inspections, tenant meetings and portfolio reviews.
