Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial property management, lease administration or property coordination.
• Understanding of commercial leases, property operations and financial reporting.
• Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with tenants and stakeholders.
• Organised, proactive and able to juggle competing priorities.
• Ambitious and looking to build a long-term career in commercial property.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio.
• Build strong relationships with commercial tenants, owners and contractors.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and contractor works.
• Assist with lease documentation, renewals, rent reviews and compliance.
• Support property budgets, financial transactions and lease obligations.
• Prepare monthly reports, property documentation and management updates.
• Attend meetings and support the wider property team across portfolio operations.
