Investa in Melbourne invites applications for an Assistant Property Manager. This part-time position supports the Property and Facilities Managers to deliver high-quality property management services and ensure a smooth tenant experience.
You will handle day-to-day administration, tenancy coordination, rent reviews, reporting, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate records and budgets. A proactive, customer-focused mindset and strong organisational skills are essential.
