Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Sydney seeks a capable Project Manager to support the development and delivery of assigned project activities across real estate and infrastructure. You will contribute to policy, procedures, business cases and contracts, and manage document control for all information and deliverables.

In this role you will use project and financial management systems, assist the Senior Project Manager and Project Director with cost reporting, risk updates, and quality assurance, and help

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, PM, Engineering or related field.
• 2–8 years project management experience, ideally client-side/consulting.
• Advanced Microsoft skills; Primavera experience preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong bid writing.
• Ability to lead and develop a team; thrives in high‑pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development and delivery of assigned project activities.
• Contribute to the development of policy, procedures, business cases and contracts associated with the development and delivery of assigned projects.
• Document control for all information, deliverables, drawings and the like.
• Understand and apply policy and procedures associated with the development and delivery of assigned project activities.
• Utilise approved project and financial management systems to process relevant project documentation.
• Assisting the Senior Project Manager and Project Director with tasks such as cost reporting, program, service provider performance monitoring, risk register updates, quality assurance.
• Recommend solutions to issues impacting on the achievement of desired outcomes.
• Assistance with bids for future work in the region, including bid plans and liaison with risk team overseas.
