Job summary

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will supervise Sushi Artisans, drive guest experience, and contribute to store standards. Full working rights within Australia are required. This role offers training and growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience supervising a team.
• Strong hospitality experience in kitchens and customer service roles.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in sushi production is preferred but not essential, a willingness to learn is a must

Sushi Sushi, Australia's largest sushi brand, is going through an exciting period of growth and we’re looking for an Assistant Manager to join the team.

We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager for our store in Hastings Street!

We are seeking those with a passion for supporting a Store Manager and team as well as delivering amazing customer service, and serving world-class sushi! Our people and our sushi are at the heart of the Sushi Sushi experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will provide supervision to a team of Sushi Artisans committed to serving up the highest quality product and service for every single customer.
