Amida Recruitment seeks an Assistant Project Manager to join a growing boutique PM consultancy in Canberra. You will support end-to-end delivery across Commercial, Retail and Education sectors, coordinating design development, contracts, budgets and stakeholder engagement.

The role offers progression opportunities within a collaborative team, exposure to live projects, and a strong client-facing component in a busy office environment.

Qualifications

Tertiary qualifications in civil engineering, construction management or similar.
2–4 years' experience in client-side PM or head contractor role.
Proven end-to-end project management from concept through to completion.
Contract administration experience.
Experience with program management and timelines; knowledge of contract forms.

Responsibilities

Procurement of design consultants, construction contractors and other specialists.
Contracts administration and claims management.
Management of statutory approvals and design development processes.
Exposure to various construction procurement models and contract types.
Delivery of project management services to client within scope, schedule and budget.
