Job summary

Fountain Gate Primary School in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Principal/Assistant Principal to lead educational programs, wellbeing, inclusion and staff development. Responsibilities

• Lead inclusion and wellbeing initiatives and MTSS across the school.
• Lead strategic planning, implementation and evaluation of whole-school wellbeing initiatives.
• Build staff capability, mentor teams and foster collaborative relationships with families and external agencies.
• Oversee program budgets, staffing and policy formulation within the school plan.
• Contribute to school leadership, culture and improvement, including staff wellbeing and events.
