Fountain Gate Primary School is seeking an Assistant Principal Inclusion to lead our inclusion and wellbeing agenda, coordinating MTSS and targeted interventions. You will work with a dedicated team to support students, families and staff in delivering an inclusive, high‑quality education.

The role focuses on systems development, early identification of student needs, and partnership with allied health and teaching staff to ensure equitable learning opportunities for diverse learners.

• Leadership experience within a school context.
• Ability to lead inclusive education initiatives and MTSS.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across teams and with families.
