Fountain Gate Primary School in Narre Warren, Victoria, seeks an Assistant Principal - Inclusion to lead inclusive practices, MTSS implementation, and coordinated student support across the school. You will work with the Principal Class Team to develop proactive systems, monitor impact, and build staff capability.

The role focuses on early identification of needs, collaboration with allied health professionals, and strong partnerships with families to deliver high-quality education for all

Qualifikationen

Proven ability to lead and develop school-wide inclusion initiatives.
Experience implementing policy and program development for student support.
Strong collaboration with families, staff and external partners.

Aufgaben

Lead whole-school systems for identifying and responding to student needs, including MTSS tiers 2 and 3.
Coordinate allied health services and integrate recommendations into classroom practice.
Strengthen Tier 1 inclusion and differentiate learning to meet diverse needs.
Partner with families to ensure student voice informs decision-making and school culture.
