• Ability to lead and manage change and to coordinate resources.
• Strong knowledge of inclusive education and MTSS frameworks.

• Lead whole-school systems for identifying and responding to student learning, wellbeing, disability and engagement needs.
• Coordinate allied health partnerships and support services to implement recommendations in classrooms.
• Build staff capability through coaching, professional learning and collaborative planning.
• Foster partnerships with families and the wider community to support student inclusion.
