Job summary

Qualifications

• Masters level qualification in Educational Leadership or equivalent.
• Broad experience in curriculum and pedagogy.
• Ability to lead collaborative cultures within a Catholic school.
• Capacity to integrate Catholic beliefs into learning and teaching.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and teaching initiatives at St Joseph’s Primary Port Macquarie.
• Co-responsible for Catholic identity and mission in the school.
• Drive improvements in student engagement, wellbeing and learning outcomes.
• Coach and develop staff through mentoring and school-wide activities.
• Ensure inclusive, safe learning environments for all students.
