Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in Catholic education preferred.
• Ability to mentor staff and lead professional learning communities.
• Strong understanding of curriculum design and student wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Provide general leadership in support of the Principal and lead administration responsibilities.
• Teach responsibilities alongside administrative duties as directed by the Principal.
• Oversee staff formation and student behaviour management as part of the leadership team.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation using data-informed practice to improve teaching, learning and outcomes.
• Demonstrate authentic faith leadership as an active member of the Catholic Eucharistic community and maintain RE teaching accreditation.
