As the Assistant Park Manager, you will work closely with the Park Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences and support the smooth day-to-day operation of the park. With a strong focus on grounds and maintenance, you'll help maintain high standards across the property while supporting all areas of the business as needed. Working alongside the Grounds & Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day maintenance activities, future planning, contractor management and asset improvement projects, while also remaining hands-on with daily grounds and maintenance tasks. This is a role for someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with rolling up their sleeves and getting the job done.

You may currently be a Grounds & Maintenance Supervisor, Facilities Manager, Assistant Manager or Department Head looking to take the next step into a broader leadership role.
