PCYC Queensland is seeking a passionate Assistant Service Manager for the Annandale Fun Squad to support the Service Manager, lead the team, and ensure operations align with government regulations and the National Quality Framework. You’ll help build stakeholder relationships and promote a safe, inclusive culture within the PCYC community.
The role requires a Certificate III in childhood studies (or equivalent), working towards Diploma, and relevant child protection checks.

You will support theService Manager to lead and manage the service to ensure operationin line with government regulations, legislation, National QualityFramework and organisational requirements. A key focus of the roleis to support the Service Manager to build and maintain stakeholderrelationships to increase commitment to the PCYC brand, whileinspiring a supportive culture of safety in line with PCYCQueensland values.
