Merivale is seeking an experienced events professional to join our team as Assistant Operations Manager for Stadium Events in Sydney. You will lead the floor operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences across the entire guest journey and collaborate closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain consistency in food and beverage quality.
