Redpath Partners in Sydney is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to support the facilities and operational management of its retail and commercial property portfolio across NSW. You will assist with day-to-day operations, facilities, compliance, risk and sustainability initiatives.

Working closely with the Group Operations Manager, you will gain exposure to a diverse portfolio while coordinating maintenance, contractors and capital projects, and contributing to WHS and tenancy performance.

• Background in facilities, operations, engineering, trades or building services.
• Retail property exposure is highly regarded.
• Experience coordinating contractors, maintenance and building services.
• Strong communication, organisation and administrative skills.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of WHS and compliance.
• Proactive and hands-on with career development in retail property.

Responsabilidades

Assistant Operations Manager – Retail Property

An exciting opportunity is available for an Assistant Operations Manager to join a well-established private property group, supporting the facilities and operational management of its retail and commercial property portfolio across NSW.

Working closely with the Group Operations Manager, you will gain exposure to a diverse portfolio while supporting day-to-day operations, facilities, compliance, risk and sustainability initiatives.
