Job summary

Hospoworld Resourcing is partnering with Sydney hospitality operators to recruit Assistant Managers for a range of venues, from neighbourhood restaurants to premium dining experiences and lively pubs.

You will guide daily operations, lead teams, and foster guest-focused service while developing rostering, stock management, training and financial performance across different venues.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a restaurant, pub, bar or similar hospitality environment.
• A genuine love of service and the ability to make people feel looked after.
• Confidence guiding a team and making decisions during busy shifts.
• Initiative, attention to detail and pride in how your venue operates.
• A willingness to learn and take on greater responsibility.
• A current NSW RSA, with additional qualifications dependent on the venue.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends, with roster requirements varying between opportunities.
