Rose of Australia Hotel in Inner West Sydney is seeking a hands-on front of house manager to lead a busy local venue known for food, functions and fun. You will oversee service standards, mentor the team, and collaborate with owners on promotions to drive strong revenue.

The role requires 1–2 years in a fast-paced F&B bar or pub, a passion for drinks, and excellent communication, including social media. A genuine people person who thrives on variety will fit well within our team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in a high-paced busy F&B bar/pub.
• Passion for beverages and knowledge of latest drink trends.

Rose of Australia Hotel - Inner West Sydney Venue

Are you looking for the next step in your hospitality career, or just a change even a different challenge? We are a busy local venue, specialising in food, functions and fun. We are a people pub! We are trusted by locals and patrons to make their lifelong memories, not just pour a beer & deliver a plate.

We want our management team to feel like part of the family, with equal and mutual respect - you will be treated as a person and be part of team (not just a number in a big wheel). You'll have exposure and learn all aspects of how a busy pub is run - from stock, revenue, functions, and HR. You will work alongside the owner and gain experience in how all the moving parts within a busy local venue work. Being a venue with multiple offerings, there is always something different happening. This role is a mix of days and nights and weekends, in a midnight close venue and you will work with a team of venue managers on busy nights.

This opportunity is a hands on front of house role, where you lead the team from the front and work as part of a management team. You'll be overseeing service standards and ensuring that they are followed and nothing but the best service is given.
