Job summary

Hunter Street Hospitality is hiring an Assistant Manager in Melbourne to lead daily restaurant operations and inspire a high-performing team. You will oversee service standards, guest experiences and staff development, with responsibility for rostering and coordinating with the General Manager to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Assistant Manager role in hospitality focusing on guest experience and team leadership.
• Experience leading service operations and rostering is beneficial.
