Job summary

TAFE SA is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead student lifecycle initiatives and services, ensuring high-quality experiences across the student journey. You will manage operations, drive improvements, and shape service design to meet strategic objectives and support the Manager.

The role requires strong leadership, data-informed decision making, and excellent stakeholder engagement to deliver outstanding customer experiences for students across campuses.

Qualifications

• Experience leading customer service or service delivery operations.
• Strong coaching and people leadership skills with a focus on developing high-performing teams.
• Ability to use data and customer insights to drive service improvements.
• Highly developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated experience managing competing priorities and leading change in a dynamic environment.
