Foot Locker Sydney is seeking a capable Retail Store Leader to oversee in-store customer experience, coaching the team, and managing store operations. You’ll train staff, drive sales, manage visual merchandising, and protect assets, with the Store Manager duties in their absence.

You will lead product-focused customer service, ensure knowledge on all products, and collaborate with leadership to meet profit goals while maintaining a positive store culture.

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing sales setting.
