Qualifications

• RSA, RCG, ARCGas as per state requirements.
• Experience supervising in bar/pub environments.
• Ability to perform physical tasks safely (lifting/moving stock).

Responsibilities

• Get to know locals and build rapport as part of the crew.
• Support the Publican to run the pub smoothly, safely, and with a great vibe.
• Lead a team of hospitality staff and train them to deliver great service.
• Handle hiccups quickly to prevent issues.
• Bring energy, service, and smiles on every shift.
