ALH Hotels’ Blacktown Inn is seeking an Assistant Manager to keep the venue buzzing with locals. The role offers a base salary of $80,000 plus super, plus a bonus scheme and exclusive group-wide discounts. You’ll lead a small team, support the Publican, and ensure smooth, safe service across bars, bistro, and gaming areas.

Qualifications

• Current RSA certification and RCG/ARCG as per state requirements.
• Experience supervising hospitality teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hospo staff and act as the face of the pub when the boss is away.
• Handle hiccups before they turn into headaches.
• Engage with locals to build a welcoming local atmosphere.
