Job summary

ALH Hotels is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager for the Crows Nest Hotel in NSW. Base salary from AU$80,000 plus Super and a Bonus Scheme, with group-wide discounts. You will support the Publican, lead a team of hospitality staff, and help deliver quality service across busy weekends, dining, and live events.

We value hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a passion for delivering great guest experiences. A current RSA, RCG, and ARCG are required to comply with state requirements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on hospitality role requiring physical tasks as part of regular duties.
• Supervisory experience in bar, bistro, or gaming environments is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Get to know the locals so well they think you're part of the crew
• Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibe
• Learn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team of absolute hospo legends
• Handle hiccups before they turn into headaches
