Qualifications

• Hands-on role requiring physical tasks (lifting/mmoving stock).
• Experience supervising in bar, bistro or gaming room helpful.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Publican to run peak shifts and maintain high service levels.
• Lead and mentor a hospitality crew across floor operations.
• Coordinate cross-department operations to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
• Be the face of the pub when management is absent and uphold safety and vibe.
