Job summary

Lakeview Hotel Motel in Oak Flats, NSW, seeks an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, coach the team and drive guest experiences. Youll work closely with a Venue Manager, supporting daily operations across food and beverage, gaming and accommodation to keep the venue performing at its best.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a community venue, offering opportunities to develop people, maintain high service standards and contribute to Redcape Hospitality's growing portfolio.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in hospitality venues such as pubs, hotels or clubs.
• Strong customer service skills with a guest-first approach.
• Hands-on leader who can drive performance during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support daily venue operations.
• Coach and develop team members on shift.
• Maintain service, presentation and compliance standards.
• Support stock control, cash handling and reporting.
• Respond to customer feedback and operational issues.
• Help drive team performance and customer experience outcomes.
