G’day Group is seeking an experienced hospitality professional to step into an Assistant Manager role at Lake Hume Discovery Park. You will work closely with the Park Manager to oversee daily operations, guest services and team performance at a beautiful lakeside setting.
You will lead by example, coach staff, manage budgets, and collaborate with the wider G’day Group network to deliver memorable guest experiences and drive park performance.

Working closely with the Park Manager, you’ll play an integral role in the day-to-day running of the property, supporting the team, looking after guests and ensuring operations run smoothly. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work and is ready to step up and take ownership when required.

You’ll be a confident leader who can step up and take charge in the Manager’s absence, while supporting the team and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
