Job summary

G'day Group's Moama West Discovery Parks seeks a capable park operations leader to manage daily functions and guest services. You will oversee check-ins, reservations, and accounts, while driving budgeting and revenue opportunities. Lead and train a supportive team and contribute to marketing efforts to attract new guests.

This role does not include accommodation and requires weekend and after-hours flexibility to ensure smooth park operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality/accommodation management OR retirement village, lifestyle community, residential community or holiday park
• People leadership skills with a focus on training and development
• Strong financial management and budget oversight experience
• Tech savvy with RMS experience or similar reservations systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-centric approach
• Flexibility and availability for weekend and after hours shifts

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone with experience in retirement villages, lifestyle communities, residential communities or accommodation management who enjoys working with permanent residents just as much as holiday guests.

We are looking for a superstar individual who can contribute to the smooth running of the park and who has the ability to lead park operations in the Manager's absence.

This role may require heavy lifting (up to 20kg), kneeling, squatting, and working with chemicals and machinery.
