Job summary

Foot Locker in Australia is seeking a store leader who will coach and mentor the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive sales. In the absence of the Store Manager, you will assume all managerial duties and manage store operations, training, visual merchandising and asset protection to maximize profit.

• Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing sales setting
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience

• Is resourceful and versatile in responding to changing demands and opportunities in a rapidly changing omni-channel retail environment
