Job summary

Footlocker in Melbourne, Australia, seeks a capable leader to take on Store Manager duties in their absence, guiding the team across store operations, training, customer experience, merchandising and asset protection.

You will coach and motivate staff, maintain product knowledge, drive sales, ensure service excellence, and partner with leadership to meet performance targets in a fast-paced omni-channel retail environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing sales setting.
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
• Motivated to achieve great results because of enthusiasm from interacting with customers and athletic products.
• Resourceful and versatile in responding to changing demands in a rapidly changing omni-channel retail environment.
• Initiates completion of tasks or activities without supervision.
• Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making and financial analysis.
