Job summary

The Four Mile Creek Hotel in Queensland is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead on busy floor shifts across the bistro, sports bar, and gaming lounge. You’ll partner with venue leaders to mentor staff, coordinate daily operations, and deliver outstanding guest experiences for locals and visitors.

This hands-on role requires physical tasks, supervisory experience, and current RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence as per state requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising in bar/bistro/gaming room.
• Current RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence as per state requirements.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Lead peak shifts and manage floor operations.
• Mentor hospitality crew and coordinate cross-departmental tasks.
• Partner with venue leaders to ensure safe, smooth operations.
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences to locals and visitors.
• Handle issues on shift and maintain great vibes.
