Job summary

Endeavour Group, via Colyton Hotel, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations and guest experiences at a high-volume venue on the Great Western Highway. You’ll support the Publican, manage a hospitality team, and ensure safety and service excellence during busy live event periods.

You should have hands-on hospitality experience, be ready to supervise, and hold RSA, RCG and ARCG as required by state regulations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on role requiring physical tasks and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Greet and service guests, ensuring a high-energy, friendly atmosphere.
• Support the Publican to run the pub safely and smoothly, maintaining great Vibe.
• Lead a team during shifts, ensuring service standards across bar, bistro and gaming areas.
• Resolve issues on shift to prevent small problems from becoming bigger ones.
• Bring energy, service and smiles every shift.
