Job summary

Endeavour Group’s Colyton venue is seeking an Assistant Manager to help keep the pub buzzing and loved by locals. This hands-on role involves supervising a team, learning from the Publican, and delivering exceptional service at high-volume events.

You’ll lead shifts with energy, manage daily operations, ensure safety and great vibes, and build strong guest relationships. RSA/RCG/ARCG required; base salary from $80,000 plus super, bonus scheme, and group-wide discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality venues such as pubs, hotels, or clubs.
• Ability to supervise and lead a team during busy service periods.
• Current RSA, RCG and ARCG as per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibe.
• Lead and develop a team of hospitality staff during shifts.
• Handle hiccups before they become headaches and maintain a positive guest experience.
• Contribute to delivering exceptional service across busy live event periods.
• Engage with locals and act as the face of the pub when the boss is away.
