Job summary

Endeavour Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Fairfield Area. Base Salary AU$80,000 + Super + Bonus scheme + Group wide discounts. You will support the Publican, lead a team, and ensure the venue runs safely and with a great vibe. RSA, RCG and ARCGas compliance is required.

Ideal candidates have bar, bistro, or gaming room experience and a willingness to learn, lead and engage with locals, while upholding the pub’s standards and culture.

Qualifications

• Hands-on role requiring physical tasks and safe lifting.
• Experience supervising in bar, bistro or gaming room settings.
• Current RSA, RCG and ARCGas certifications as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and be the face of the pub when the boss is away.
• Support the Publican to run the venue smoothly, safely and with a great vibe.
• Handle issues on shift and manage stock, deliveries and service flow.
• Provide energy, service and smiles across every shift.
