Job summary

Springwood Hotel is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the floor across the bar, bistro and gaming areas in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate a large crew, support the Publican, and drive elite standards of hospitality on every shift.

The role requires hands-on management, a current RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence as per NSW state requirements, and a passion for great customer service. Join ALH Hotels within the Endeavour Group network.

Qualifications

• This is a hands-on role requiring physical tasks.
• Experience supervising in bar, Bistro or gaming room is preferred.
• RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence as per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage floor operations and lead a high-volume crew.
• Support the Publican to run the pub smoothly, safely, and with a great vibe.
• Step up as Publican while leading a team of hospitality staff.
• Handle hiccups before they turn into problems and keep energy high.
