Job summary

Burson Salisbury is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead day-to-day store operations, drive sales and motivate the team to perform at their best. You’ll support the Salisbury branch and help connect customers with our extensive automotive parts range.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a driven and diverse team environment.

We’re on the lookout for a motivated Assistant Store Manager (2IC) to support our Salisbury branch. At Burson, you’re never just a number—you’ll be part of a supportive, close‑knit team working together to connect our people, our customers, and our business every single day.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling automotive parts queries from trade and retail/DIY customers
• Provide a high level of customer service with an emphasis on customer retention & development

Qualifications
